Home is a place of comfort, vulnerability, and true self. As a caregiver, bringing recovery into this space may present itself as a challenge. What it truly is is the opportunity to make healing a more genuine, personal experience for your patient.
Listening to the voices of the people that the data actually impacts is vital to its success. Having the data is important, but it’s ineffective if we don’t know what to do with it. It’s time to do better.
